Tim and Crystal LaFlamme joined Ambassador Baptist Church in June 2025 and have faithfully served together in ministry for over ten years. They have a sincere burden for young people and a desire to help them grow in their walk with the Lord.

As Youth Leaders, they are involved in teaching, discipleship, activities, and personal encouragement, seeking to build strong spiritual foundations in the lives of teens and young families.

In their free time, they enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, as well as traveling to encourage and assist pastors and missionaries.

Tim and Crystal are blessed with three children: Ezekiel (age 7), Ezra (age 3), and Esaias (4 months).
